My coaching approach is different from any other dietitian or nutrition advisor. I won’t hand you 5 papers on which your diet plan is written.
If you have ever followed a diet plan where you paid a good amount of money, followed the plan from the dietitian and then as soon as you left the diet you gained that weight back, you know what I am talking about.
The reason is that being on a diet simply means changing your eating habits for a short time. The weight loss is also for a short time and that food that you ate was also for the short time. What you need is a lifestyle change, a behavioral change, and understand why some people get fat on salad and others can eat an ice cream without gaining weight.
I have never written a diet plan for any person seeking advice from me how to lose weight. I only teach them the lifestyle and empower them by giving them the knowledge of how to choose food wisely in different circumstances like in a restaurant, family dinner, for kids, during times of stress, and what to eat the day they work out.
Weight loss is much more than just eating. It’s a lifestyle. Weight loss and a healthy life is a sensitive balance between Nutrition, Hormones, Emotions, Sleep, How You Cook, What Time You Eat, your Digestive Health, and your Exercise. Yes! You have the opportunity to learn all this in an hour. I read 40 books on health in one year. Reading after reading I have developed a “Lifestyle Pattern” that can help everyone.
